How do I get onboarded?
Simply sign up using your email and password. During the process, you will be asked to identify as either a Candidate or a Recruiter. Based on this selection, you will be directed to a specialized dashboard tailored to your needs.
Who can see my profile?
Privacy is built-in. Recruiters can ONLY view your profile when our system identifies a specific match between your skills and their open job role. Random recruiters cannot browse your data.
How do I create a profile as a candidate?
Once logged in, use the 'Profile' tab to build your digital presence. This acts as your universal resume for the platform, so you don't need to upload documents repeatedly.
How do I hire as a recruiter?
First, complete your company details in the 'Profile' section. Then, navigate to the 'My Listings' tab and click the 'New Job' button to post a role. Our algorithm will immediately start looking for matches.
Are the job postings shareable?
No, job postings are not shareable via external links. Because our algorithm automatically matches the right candidates to the right roles based on data, there is no need to manually share jobs or sift through external applications.
How do I recover my account?
If you have forgotten your password, please email our support team directly. We will manually assist you with the password reset process.
